At tee-bestdesign, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with our flexible return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date you received your order. Items returned outside of this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that are worn, damaged, or missing tags may not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items

3. How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@tee-bestdesign.com to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Return Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or documentation. Ship the return to the address provided in the return authorization.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns: We offer free return shipping for domestic orders.
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for international orders.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will process the return and ship the new item once we receive the returned item.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@tee-bestdesign.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
